Our Mission

CHC is committed to providing care services to the aged and people with disabilities (PWD) as an expression of its love and concern, particularly for these disadvantaged communities.

CHC has a strong commitment to practising the principles of Total Quality Management, which strives for continuous improvement towards best practice, and the duty of care expected when fulfilling the expectations of our participants, their carers and families.

Philosophy

We believe in high quality and comprehensive standard of care, second to none, which reflects our stakeholders’ expectations, needs, and wishes. We endeavour to foster as far as possible, an environment for our participants to enjoy and achieve a meaningful lifestyle, compatible with their individual needs and choices, whilst maintaining their independence and remaining in their own homes.

We recognize each participant’s right to participate in certain decision-making processes regarding their care. We promote privacy, dignity, and a continuation of optimal physical, psychological, social, and spiritual wellbeing. From these basic beliefs is born CHC’s Philosophy of Care.
